Description: Mickey Mantle autographed baseball. This is a Bobby Brown "Haiti" ball, signed on the sweet spot. These old Haiti balls are great because they rarely have ever shown up as forgeries. There ARE some regular Bobby Brown forgeries and certainly Gene Budig forgeries. But "Haiti" and "Costa Rica" Bobby Brown baseballs were issued when Mick's autograph was so cheap, they weren't forged NEARLY as much! Therefore, in addition to getting the ball from me, with the protection THAT offers, it is a more sellable item later, due to the age of the ball. Similarly, Lee McPhail balls are even more valuable. I have several of these left. The balls are a lot cleared than this blurred photo implies. The signatures are clean and not bleeding, as the blurring on this photo might make you think.
