Description: The top photo is an A P Wire photo of Mickey's debut in N. Y. This was an exhibition game vs. the Dodgers in 1951. Mick played right field and went 1 for 4. Joe has signed this photo. The bottom photo shows Mickey as a Rookie in spring training. You can see he is wearing No. 6 at this time. Later in '51 Mick was sent down, and Cliff Mapes, who was wearing No. 7, was traded. Someone else returned home to claim No. 6, and Mickey, when he returned, got No. 7...the rest is history.
